Techno music giant Tiesto collapsed on stage! The artist had to be rushed to the hospital mid-performance during his concert in San Jose, California for mysterious reasons, leaving fans stunned, and shocked.

Tijs Michiel Verwest (Tiesto) was quickly taken to San Jose Hospital after passing out on stage during the Electric Bounce House festival on March 21. The big question on everyone’s mind is why? The mystery is almost as big as the producer’s popularity, and friends, family and loved ones are still searching for answers.

Tiesto Passes Out On Stage — Taken To Hospital

The remainder of Tiesto’s scheduled performances have been cancelled while the Dutch producer sits in San Jose Hospital, reports youredm.com.
The details are still unclear. A report claims that Tiesto passed out on stage right before his scheduled DJ set and possibly struck his head against a podium as he fell.
Paramedics on the scene decided it would be best to send Tiesto to the nearest hospital after having inspected his head injury.
Electric Bounce House was a 1 day event that took place at the SAP Center in San Jose with headliners Afrojack, Calvin Harris, and DJ Vice
The producer was slated to perform at this year’s Ultra Music Festival, March 28-30, but given the fact that he is currently hospitalized — time can only tell when he will be back on stage.

Tiesto Cancels Performance — Rushed To Hospital

Back in September of 2006 Tiesto was forced to cancel a series of shows as he was admitted to a local hospital after feeling strong chest pains.
It was reported that he was diagnosed with pericarditis which is an inflammation of the fibrous sac surrounding the heart. Pericarditis can occur after a heart attack and can be in turn chronic.
