SHOWBIZBANG – Michael Jackson used secret code words for sex, it has been claimed.

Lawyers acting for 36-year-old James Safechuck – who co-starred with the late King of Pop in a Pepsi commercial in the 1980s – have filed court documents asking he be allowed to file a claim against the Thriller hitmaker’s estate after being molested nearly 100 times over a four-year period until he hit puberty and the documents contain a number of claims against the star.

The documents alleges the accuser regularly shared the singer’s bed and revealed Michael used code words for sex such as calling semen “duck butter” and describing an erection as “bright light, brick city”.

According to TMZ, Safechuck also alleges the singer used secret signals and when they held hands, the ‘Beat It’ star – who died of acute Propofol intoxication in June 2009 – would scratch the inside of his hand with a finger to show he wanted sex.

Other claims in the documents include Michael performing a secret wedding ceremony complete with a ring and marriage certificate with his alleged victim.

Safechuck says the abuse made him question his own sexuality when he developed a crush on the star’s then-backing singer Sheryl Crow – prompting the Billie Jean hitmaker to get jealous and show him a number of unflattering photographs of the All I Wanna Do star.

A lawyer acting for the estate insists the claims should be dismissed as they have been made so late, and because Safechuck has previously insisted nothing happened with the singer.

Howard Weitzman said: “Mr. Safechuck’s request to file a late claim against the Jackson Estate so he can recover money from Michael’s beneficiary will hopefully be rejected.

“This is a person that made his claim five years after Michael died, more than 20 years after the incidents supposedly happened and has given sworn testimony that Michael never did anything inappropriate to him.”

The petition will be heard in court on 4 September .

Two Men About to face six months in jail for stealing a part of Paul Walker's wrecked car

Two men who took a part of Walker’s wrecked Porsche Carrera GT following the fatal accident last year may face up to six months in jail.

Two men who are accused of stealing a part of Paul Walker’s car following the fiery crash which killed the actor last year may spend their time in jail. As reported by L.A. Times, Anthony Janow and Jameson Witty, who are 26 and 18 respectively, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges on destroying evidence and resisting or delaying a police officer on Wednesday, August 6.

The pair may spend up to six months in jail for their crimes. Janow also pleaded no contest to felony grand theft, while Witty pleaded no contest to an additional misdemeanor grand theft.

The “Fast and Furious” actor passed away in a car accident on November 30. His friend and financial advisor Roger Rodas who drove the Porsche Carrera GT also died in the crash.

Shortly after the tragic accident, Janow and Witty allegedly took a roof panel of the wrecked car when the truck tow stopped at the red light. The truck driver then reported the incident to the authorities and the roof panel was found at a home in Canyon Country.

Vin Diesel opened up about moments following Walker’s death when he stopped by “Live! with Kelly and Michael” recently. During an interview to promote his new movie “Guardians of the Galaxy”, he admitted, “It’s one of the darker moments in this, in my journey. Yeah. Yeah guys, you know it’s a rough one. Her notable look this year was when she donned a black lace-and-tulle Giorgio Armani Privee gown at the Golden Globes. Some celebrities, including Emma Watson and Emmy Rossum who also make the list, mentioned Blanchett as their style icon. Tony Award winner Neil Patrick Harris is another first-timer on the list, along with actors Benedict Cumberbatch and Idris Elba. When asked about his favorite item of clothing, Harris told the magazine, “I spend a lot of time trying to track down wonderful underwear. Current favorite brand: N2N. Perfectly designed to honor the goods and not smash them.” Although the list is dominated by actors, it also includes European royals, sports stars and businessmen. 50 Cent’s Bodyguard Under Investigation for Allegedly Attacking Fans

The bodyguard reportedly assaulted a father and his son for trying to film the G-Unit rapper in a shopping center in California.

50 Cent’s bodyguard is in hot water after allegedly attacking a father and his son who attempted to shoot a video of the rapper on Sunday, August 3. The bodyguard is now under criminal investigation, law enforcement sources tells TMZ.

The 39-year-old rapper was shopping at Burbank Town Centre in Los Angeles with his infant son, Sire Jackson, when Lazzeri Frazier and his son saw them and decided to shoot a video of the “21 Questions” hitmaker with his cell phone. 50 Cent’s bodyguard came from behind and snatched Frazier’s phone out of his hands.

Frazier verbally confronted the bodyguard and the bodyguard then allegedly started shoving him. The two became involved in a fight before Frazier’s 16-year-old son stepped in to try to break up the fight. The teenager told the police that he was punched in the face by the bodyguard. The bodyguard fled the scene before law enforcement officials arrived. Frazier and his son suffered from some minor facial injuries because of the fight.

50 Cent refused to speak to the police about the incident. Police have questioned some witnesses at the mall and they agreed with Frazier’s account of the fight. According to the police, the case is being sent to the prosecutors. The “Candy Shop” hitmaker, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, is not a suspect in the case.

Some photos of a woman, who’s said to be Selena Gomez, posing topless are leaked. However, Selena’s representative has told Gossip Cop that the woman in the alleged photos is “not her.”

According to the site, the pictures were actually not new. The topless pictures were posted 11 months ago on one online gallery. The site also claimed that the woman’s arms, chin, hair, jawline, and breasts in the pictures had no similarities with the “Rudderless” actress.

However, Hollywood Life previously said that the woman in the topless photos “has the same moles on her chest that Selena does. She also appears to have the same rounded shape to her jaw that Selena does.”

The site insisted that the woman in the picture had a lot similarities with Selena, saying, “Like Selena, the girl has a very distinct, almost non-existent bow to her very full top lip.” The site speculated that Selena probably took the racy pictures for her on-again/off-again boyfriend, Justin Bieber.

A judge in El Paso has issued a warrant for the ‘Promises’ rapper’s arrest after he failed to appear in a scheduled court session for his marijuana possession case.

Wiz Khalifa is facing serious trouble. As reported by TMZ, a judge has issued a warrant for the “Promises” rapper’s arrest after he failed to appear in a scheduled court meeting on Wednesday, August 6 in El Paso for misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana.

KFOX14 additionally reports that the rapper whose real name is Cameron Thomaz was supposed to show up before Judge Ricardo Herrera at 9:15 A.M. However, neither the star nor his lawyer showed up at the El Paso County Courthouse. They called Khalifa again at 10:30, but he was still no-show.

The Wednesday court meeting stemmed from his arrest in late May. Back then, he was arrested at the El Paso International Airport for bringing a small amount of marijuana following his performance at Neon Desert Music Festival.

The 26-year-old star later even managed to take a “jail selfie” when he was still in custody. “I was like, ‘Yo, can I get that phone, man? I really need to call my wife. I gotta tell her what happened.’ And then he gave me the phone and I was like, ‘Selfie,’ ” Amber Rose’s husband previously said in an interview at the SoundSet Music Festival in Minnesota.

‘Shield’ Star Michael Jace Scheduled To Appear In Court On August 15

Jace, who is accused of murdering his wife April Jace at their home in Hyde Park neighborhood in May, is scheduled to appear in court on August 15.

Actor Michael Jace will head to trial for murdering his wife. As reported by The Associated Press, the former star of FX’s “The Shield” waived his right to a preliminary hearing on Friday, August 1 at the Los Angeles Superior Court.

The decision means that the murder case will continue without the initial presentation of evidence. The 51-year-old actor’s attorney Jason Sias told the news outlet that the case was still under investigation and that defense would be presented during trial. Jace’s next court appearance has been scheduled for August 15.

Jace is accused of shooting his 40-year-old wife April Jace at their home in Hyde Park neighborhood in May. Jace then called 911 and admitted his action. The pair’s two young children were at home when the incident took place. “It’s unclear if they saw the shooting, but they heard the shooting,” LAPD Det. Sal LaBarbera told CBS LA. back then. The authorities have not disclosed the motive of the murder.

Jace probably is mostly remembered for playing a police officer on “The Shield”. He also had some minor roles in other titles such as 1994′s “Forrest Gump”, 1997′s “Boogie Nights” and 2001′s “Planet of the Apes”.

Family said they’re ‘saddened’ by the decision of the firm who owned the late singer’s home to put it up for sale.

Michael Jackson’s Neverland estate is considered to be put on the market for sale, a spokesman for the company controlling the property stated on Thursday, July 31. Forbes reported that billionaire Tom Barrack’s Colony Capital, which currently manages the estate, was preparing to sell the famous 2,700-acre ranch.

Barrack’s private firm took over the property in 2008 after buying a $23.5 million note on it when Jackson faced mounting debts and the real estate market was in free fall. Since then, Colony Capital have poured in $5 million each year to fund the upkeep of the property. The amount, combined with the original debt, comes to more than $50 million investment in seven years.

Reached for comment, an unnamed representative for the Jackson family said in an electronic message to Forbes that they’re distraught at the possibility of losing the King of Pop’s beloved home which was purchased in 1988. The rep wrote, “We are frustrated, bitterly disappointed, and saddened that it has come to this… Sadly, Michael lost control of Neverland during his life as a result of advice from a former manager.”

Other possibilities have been explored including the options to turn the property into a school of performing arts or an attraction site like Elvis Presley’s Graceland. However, Los Olivos California, which is the location of the estate, is not near any interstate. The narrow mountain roads are not conducive to accommodate the heavy traffic of visitors.

A local investment analyst told Bloomberg that Neverland “is worth $35 million to $50 million, depending on what they do with it.” Other estimated that the sale might go as high as $85 million.

A representative for the estate stated, “We hope and trust that any new owners of Neverland will respect the historical importance and special nature of this wonderful property.”

In a recent interview with Ebony magazine, Strahan revealed that Murphy was the perfect woman for him because the 46-year-old beauty was very family-oriented. The “Good Morning America” co-host said, “It’s great. As a divorced man, you just want somebody around your kids who’s respectful and will treat them like her own. When you understand that, there’s never any issue. We laugh and are at graduations and birthday parties, you know… all that stuff.”

The former New York Giants star continued, “I love the kids and the family. For us, it’s key that we maintain normalcy. We have a great life. People can buy into their own celebrity, and that’s a dangerous thing.”

The “Suburgatory” star walked down the aisle in a strapless Romona Keveza cocktail length dress, while her groom suited up for the special occasion. Around 300 guests witnessed their union at the home once owned by President John F. Kennedy and wife Jackie.

The attendees included Sen. Ed Markey, family members like Maria Shriver, and stars such as Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Rachel Harris, Ed Bagley Jr., and Kevin Nealon along with his wife Susan Yeagley. “Curb Your Enthusiasm” creator Larry David who introduced the couple was also there.

It was Hines’ second and Kennedy, Jr.’s third marriage. He was previously married to Emily Ruth Black and then to Mary Kathleen Richardson. He has two children from his first marriage and four from the second. Hines, meanwhile, has one daughter from her previous marriage to Paul Young.

Hines, 48, and Kennedy Jr., 60, started dating in 2011. His four sons served as the groomsmen during the Saturday, August 2 nuptials, while his two daughters along with Cheryl’s daughter were the bridesmaids. Natasha Bedingfield performed two songs at the reception.

Their official wedding photos will be published by ET on Monday. Proceeds from the wedding photos will be donated to the Riverkeeper and the United Cerebral Palsy charities.

Jon writes, “My name is Jon Voight and I am more than angry, I am heartsick that people like Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem could incite anti-Semitism all over the world and are oblivious to the damage they have caused.” He claims that Penelope and Javier are “obviously ignorant of the whole story of Israel’s birth.”

The “Ray Donovan” star additionally writes, “After years of trying to make peace, the wars they had to fight, being attacked by their enemies, and still being attacked, and finally after years of running into bomb shelters and having hundreds of civilians killed by suicide bombers, civilians being killed in their sleep, stabbed to pieces, finding enough is enough and finally retaliating, instead of my peers sticking up for the only democratic country in that region, they go and take out poison letters against them.”

Selena Gomez has blamed over-enthusiastic members of the paparazzi for causing her to get into a minor car accident in Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon, August 3. The singer/actress has caused a fender bender while pulling out of a 7/11 parking lot.

The “Come and Get It” hitmaker went out for lunch with her girl pals in Studio City, North Hollywood, California, before heading to a nearby 7/11. When the ladies were leaving the parking lot of the convenience store, Selena backed her black BMW SUV into a smaller silver SUV. Nobody in the accident was injured. Selena’s car was slightly damaged on its rear. The other vehicle also sustained minor damage. Police were reportedly not called to the scene.

According to a video obtained by X17, one of Selena’s friends got out of the car after the minor crash. She cussed the driver of the other car out. After exchanging a few words with the man, the girl calmed down and the two resolved the situation. Selena’s friend then exchanged contacts with the driver and wrote down the man’s information. Selena reportedly offered the person and his partner a day at luxurious Burke Williams Spa in Los Angeles to apologize for the bump.

Immediately afterward, Selena tweeted about the accident and claimed that it was not entirely her fault. She put the blame on the paparazzi for distracting her. The former girlfriend of Justin Bieber wrote, “Only I’d get into an accident because of men with cameras who have great careers and offer the couple a package at Burke Williams. Oh LA.”
