And then there's the following US Airways Twitter fail, which is unparalleled in the history of the Internet.
It all started normally enough, with a patron (@ElleRafter) complaining to the airline about a delayed flight:
But after a few Tweets, the exchange turned downright pornographic.
Someone, somehow, for some reason responded to “Elle” with a sarcastic Tweet that said the company welcomes all “feedback” and she could detail her experience “here” for review.
I,ve censored the ridiculously explicit parts of the image included with this Tweet and, trust us, you should be thankful that I did:
