LATEST: Capital FM’s Presenter Amina Is Expecting A Baby With Homeboyz Radio Boss Dj John

So yesterday there were stories all over the papers and blogs, along with speculation that Capital FM’s Hits Not Homework presenter Amina was expecting a baby with Homeboyz radio boss DJ John. I waited on a confirmation from either of the two or someone from either Homeboyz Radio or Capital or Capital and it came.
Homeboyz Radio’s hip hop diva Coreen on her show today congratulated her boss DJ John who is soon to be a father. Together with Mixmaster Dj Zaq, they even joked that DJ John, real name John Rabar should change his name to Yusuf Rabar, since Amina is a muslim.
Earlier rumors had even suggested that the sassy Hits Not Homework presenter was carrying Kenyan Rapper Jay A’s baby and that her parents were not happy about that relationship. That was absurd since Jay A is still a young kid.
But now everything is clear and it’s alleged that Amina herself even revealed that Homeboyz Radio boss John Rabar is the father and that they were married sometime last year in a private wedding ceremony attended by family and close relatives.
Talking to a local daily, Amina also cleared the air on her much publicized pregnancy and suggestions that her parents were unhappy with the relationship.
“I don’t know even where that came from. In fact our parents are happy for us”
The talented radio girl also talked about her intention to venture into TV talk show. After trying her luck in music last year, Amina felt it wasn’t the perfect fit for her and  she is now also eyeing acting movies having casted in “sumu la penzi”.
Dj John is one of the pioneer deejays in the 254 and was popular for his mixes in the KTN show H20 before moving on to start Homeboyz Radio. Together with the likes of Dj Pinye, they did set the trend for other deejays.
